☑️ Update Annexure – A (called Investor Charter provided by SEBI) on your website/mobile app

☑️ Email this to your clients (existing + new), if do not have a website/mobile app

☑️ Display Complaints in 3 formats (Monthly, MOM & YOY) on website/mobile app by 7th day of every month as shared in Annexure – B

☑️ Email this to all your clients every month to all (existing + new), if do not have a website/mobile app

☑️ Display link/option on websites for clients to lodge complaints to IA/RA & at SCORES as well

☑️ Update the website with the name, proprietor name, type of registration, registration number, validity, complete address with telephone numbers, and associated SEBI regional/local office details
